SHOWHOME IS THE STAR AT CUMBERLAND MEWS OPEN DAYS
A fully furnished and luxuriously equipped showhome looks set to be a big draw for visitors at two open days for Adonis Homes’ flagship Cumberland Mews conversion scheme on the site of the old Cumberland Hotel in Broseley, Shropshire.
Discerning homehunters are invited to drop into the development on Queen Street between 11am and 3pm on Saturday 18th or Saturday 25th March, where representatives from joint selling agents Lane Fox and Nick Tart will be on hand to answer questions and provide further information.
The new three bedroom showhome will be open for the first time on March 18th and provides an opportunity to see the full potential of this stunning conservation project.
Adonis Homes, part of Adonis Construction Group, has worked closely with local conservation officers to preserve the character of the Georgian property. Features such as marble fire surrounds, original tiled floors and high-corniced ceilings have all been incorporated into the development, giving prospective buyers the chance to purchase their own piece of history.
The company converted the main house and a former outbuilding into two, three and four bedroom properties, as well as building five brand new two bedroom cottages, all of which are sympathetically designed to harmonise with the existing house.
Seven homes remain available, priced from £165,000 for a two bedroom new build to £280,000 for a large three bedroom conversion.
“We’re really proud of this development, which helps conserve an important local building and enhances the surrounding environment,” said Neville Clements, managing director of Adonis Homes.
“Cumberland Mews offers a 21st century take on traditional village life, combining authentic period features with modern kitchens and bathrooms, and the design, insulation, security and low maintenance features that today’s homebuyers expect.”
Outside the open days, the showhome will be open by appointment only. For further information contact joint selling agents Lane Fox on 01746 766626 or Nick Tart on 01952 884494.
