A radical design, conceived to overcome a limited footprint, has turned this former Ford site into a state-of-the-art Land Rover business, spread over three floors and housing a split level showroom with underground workshop service bays and preparation areas. This innovative design utilises every section of the structure and includes a vehicle lift for the top storey showroom.

Located just off the busy junction 4 of the M42, Stratstone Land Rover Solihull attracts many admirers passing through central Birmingham and Solihull.

This project has attracted a lot of attention since its completion and was a finalist in the Innovation in Property category of the AM Awards 2007.
