Caring for each other
Health and safety is our number one priority.
Ingrained within our culture, it is driven from the top down by our managing director and a full-time, in-house health, safety and environment advisor.
All our contract and site managers undergo frequent CITB accredited training courses specifically for the management of health and safety, together with a further four days First Aid training.
Additionally, all directly employed site-based site-visiting staff receive safety training and hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
We adhere to a strict health and safety policy and all our sites are assessed on a regular basis by an independent health and safety consultant to ensure they not only meet, but exceed national standards.
